01. Requirements
Modern applications place high demands on locking systems: they must provide reliable security, be easy to operate and withstand even the most demanding conditions. At the same time, they should be unobtrusively integrated into the design and offer a long service life. Conventional mechanical solutions often reach their limits here – whether due to limited flexibility or external influences.
With our patented m.tec product line, we have developed an innovative solution that meets all these requirements. This pioneering technology from the field of magnet technology combines maximum security with smart functionality. The m.tec quarter-turn 1-120 and the m.tec swinghandle 2-071 are characterized by a high level of security for a large number of locking operations and a robust, tamper-proof design. At the same time, they offer convenient handling and are ideal for a wide range of applications.
02. product advantages
The variable arrangement of the magnets enables a variety of secure closures and thus ensures reliable protection and a high level of security.
The flat, closed design protects the surface from damage and offers little surface area for tampering. Particularly in safety-relevant areas such as emergency exits and narrow passageways, the compact design provides a space-saving and safe solution, as the risk of snagging is significantly reduced.
Both the m.tec quarter-turn 1-120 and the m.tec swinghandle 2-071 are shock and vibration-proof in accordance with DIN EN 61373 and therefore offer maximum resistance under demanding conditions.
Thanks to their IP65 certification in accordance with DIN EN 60529, the products guarantee a high level of impermeability to dust and water. The powder-coated surface also ensures a long service life – even under adverse conditions.
The H dimension can be adjusted by variable cranking of the cams, making the locking systems versatile and optimally adaptable to individual requirements.
